Are you ready to be part of something impactful and exciting? We’re always looking for enthusiastic, fresh perspectives to help shape and plan our incredible event each year. This is your opportunity to bring new ideas to the table, collaborate with passionate individuals, and leave your mark on a highly anticipated experience!

We believe in the power of diverse voices, and we’re currently seeking committee members from all areas of Health and Human Services. We have specific openings in Public Health and Fiscal, and we’d love for you to get involved!

What Does Being a Committee Member Entail?

Being part of our committee is both rewarding and fun! Here’s what you can expect:

• Monthly Meetings: We meet on the third Friday of each month, typically in-person in Kimball, MN (location negotiable) or virtually via Teams. This is where the magic starts, as we brainstorm and fine-tune plans!
• Exciting Perks: As a committee member, you get free registration and lodging at the Fawcett House for the conference. You’ll also enjoy an overnight stay at Breezy Point Resort in August for a fun, collaborative retreat to finalize event details.
• Teamwork: You’ll work closely with a dedicated team of professionals who are equally passionate about creating an unforgettable event. Your input will directly impact the success of the conference, from logistics to programming!
• Director Approval: Director approval is required, so make sure you’re able to commit some time to meetings and a bit of work outside the meetings to help things run smoothly.
